Tom runs discovery and scoping, which means he is usually the first person you speak to and occasionally the one who tells you not to hire us.
He would rather lose a project at the enquiry stage than take one that was never going to work. Half of his job is deciding what a build should not include, and defending that list once the enthusiasm arrives.
He also handles delivery once a project is live, so the person who set your expectations is the person accountable for them.
Half of scoping is deciding what we are deliberately not going to build.
