What it is
A furniture and fixtures library measured from real products: correct dimensions, sensible pivots, LODs for anything that appears more than twice in a scene.
Archviz libraries usually fail on the boring details — a chair that is 4cm too tall, a pivot in the middle of a door instead of on its hinge, a 400,000-polygon plant pot in the background of every frame.
Everything here is measured against real products, pivoted where you would actually rotate it, and shipped with lower-detail versions for the background. Scenes stay under control, and the client stops asking why the kitchen looks slightly wrong without being able to say why.
