Ridwan spent ten years in agencies and product teams before starting the studio, and most of that decade was spent watching the same failure repeat: a strong idea agreed in a room, then quietly diluted every time it changed hands.
So 4Bit was built to remove the handovers. He sets the art direction on every project, sits in the first client conversation and the last QA pass, and treats the gap between the design file and the shipped page as the only measurement that matters.
He still writes front-end when the schedule is tight, which the engineering team tolerates with good grace.
A handover is where most good work goes to die. So we stopped having them.
