Yuki makes the short-form work: product explainers, launch films and the social cutdowns that get them seen.

Her process starts with cutting, not animating. A forty-page product spec becomes one sentence, then a storyboard, then thirty seconds — and only after that does anything move.

She mixes her own sound, because an explainer with borrowed library audio sounds like every other explainer.

If they scroll past in three seconds, the other twenty-seven do not exist.
